If you purchased a subscription but the channel was not upgraded, it is most likely due to you not applying a channel to your subscription. You can apply a channel to your subscription by following these instructions.

  1. Log into your TubeBuddy account (https://www.tubebuddy.com/account).
  2. Click on the Manage License button in the lower right-hand side of the page (see screenshot #1).
  3. Click on the apply button next to the channel you want to apply to the subscription (see screenshot #2).
