If you purchased a subscription but the channel was not upgraded, it is most likely due to you not applying a channel to your subscription. You can apply a channel to your subscription by following these instructions.
- Log into your TubeBuddy account (https://www.tubebuddy.com/account).
- Click on the Manage License button in the lower right-hand side of the page (see screenshot #1).
- Click on the apply button next to the channel you want to apply to the subscription (see screenshot #2).
However, if you check your license and see that it's attached to the wrong channel, please email us at Support@TubeBuddy.com and we'll help you out with this issue!
