We are currently experiencing an issue as a result of server authentication. We have not yet determined the exact cause, but our developers are working hard to resolve this. Due to high volume in the number of tickets that we are receiving about this we are unable to get back with every ticket individually, but the resolution will be simple; once we have identified the source and implement an update you will need simply to uninstall and reinstall your mobile app. While there is not currently an ETA for this we do expect this to take between 24-48 hours.
