Answering comments is an excellent way to generate engagement with your audience and let them know that you are approachable and active. Unfortunately some viewers will take advantage of your comment section by leaving spam, inappropriate comments or other needlessly negative responses. Sometimes a user will leave multiple unwanted comments across a large quantity of videos. It can be frustrating and time consuming trying to go back and uncover/delete all of their comments.
That is why TubeBuddy created the option to delete all comments for an individual user. To access this from your Channel comments & mentions page simply hit the three-dot Action Menu from the options below one of their comments and select the TubeBuddy 'Remove all existing comments from this user' option (seen below).
