Thank you for reaching out to TubeBuddy.  Recently TubeBuddy began implementing an updated UI for some users.  Unfortunately this update is preventing our Videolytics data from loading.  We are working with YouTube to get this resolved but I am afraid that at this time there is not an ETA for resolution for this issue.

  Because accessing YouTube viewer-facing data is not something that we can recreate we are requesting that if you have a Brand Account (and not a 'Personal Account') channel we would like to request Manager Rights permission so we can look into your specific case.
